If The Customer Deny To Pay Rest Installments Before Start Trip Or During Trip Then Services Provider / Travel Agency Will Not Able To Serve For Future Service

Cancellation has to be sent to us by Fax / Email.
45 -30 Days prior to departure Deposit Amount of the Tour Cost
30 -15 Days prior to departure 50% of Tour Cost
15- 07 Days prior to departure 75% of Tour Cost
07 Days/No show 100% of Tour Cost.
If The Tour Cancel Time Of ( X-Mas , New Year Event And Any Other Festival Season ) Than Tour Package Cost Will Calculate Under Full Cancelation Charge.
If the same day booking is canceled the amount will not be refundable , Calculate under full cancelation charge.
